Dahl Dance Center in Rochester MN provides instruction in Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Argentine Tango and Salsa in group and private formats. Our programs are designed to accelerate your learning through consistent training and quality instruction. We will help you to achieve or discover your dancing goals! No partner is necessary to get started.
The easiest way to get started dancing is through our introductory program. It consists of two private sessions, each twenty five minute in length, scheduled by appointment. Private instruction gives you the opportunity to ask questions while getting one-on-one training. We will work with you to assess your needs and you can get accustomed to our studio atmosphere and meet our friendly staff. DDC Dance Fitness
If you are looking for a fun way to exercise and aren’t ready for partnership yet, try our dance fitness classes! Dance Fitness Classes are open to ages 16 and up. You can drop in for a class when it fits your schedule or pick your favorite and claim your spot on the dance floor each week. Class descriptions are listed below. Check our online schedule for weekly class offerings.
Bfitness is our recreational ballet class for the student who wants to develop more flexibility, balance and strength or has always had a desire to give ballet a try. This class requires Capri pants, tank tops/tee shirt (not too baggy) and ballet slippers.
Sseries gives you a great workout while you learn the basics of the sexy salsa, jazzy swing and high energy samba. The class is open to all fitness levels however it does have a few high impact moves so make sure you are ready to sweat! Dance sneakers are recommended.
Healing Motion Core strength training and postural alignment. Get rid of those aches and pains created by bad body postures! This class will teach efficient movement patterns and development of kinesthetic awareness. Dress comforatbly and wear socks. Very low impact - good for those recovering from injury or dealing with arthritis.

join us for a "FREE" class on Friday September 17th at 7 pm and have a little bit of Two Stepping Fun to kick it off!
This is open to all level and the public...and it is "FREE"!
Kids classes begin September 8th! Ages 6 and up welcome.
